Our Certified Inspectors will perform a full visual inspection of the property. This includes areas of concern and other areas of the home that may have an issue related to mold or water damage. If needed, they may recommend additional samples be taken, which is completely up to the client if they want to move forward with this.
We inspect:
All interior walls with Digital Moisture Meter and Air and/or Surface sampling of the rooms requested and areas of concern.
All closets, sinks, stairs, windows/doors, or concern areas in the specified areas of concern in the home.
Mold Testing and Inspection
We begin every inspection with an outdoor sample for comparison, it is proper protocol to compare inside samples against air surrounding a property in order to get a correct assessment of any elevations there may be within the home.
Our sampling process will identify any mold types found within the home. After samples have been collected, they are then sent to a third party laboratory for analysis. Turn around time is typically 5-7 business days. Guaranteed rush results are available for an extra fee. Once the results have been analyzed. We will put together a full report for you including pictures, moisture meter readings, all the results, and any recommendations we have for dealing with any potential problems within the property.
If there is no problems found on the property, a clearance certificate for the property will be issued to you.
